How Can pain In The Hip And Groin Be Treated?
I fell the week before Thanksgiving, and I developed pain in My left hip and groin area. it is now three months after the fall and I am still having pain,severe at times, I ve had a pelvic X-ray and a pelvic cat scan and no fracture noted in either case. I am still having pain, I have noticed that if I lay on My side or stomach the pain is much Worse , any ideas what the problem could be.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
